Content Policy

About this policy

This Content Policy (also called our Acceptable Use Policy) is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Use. It applies to everything you do on Swoony - including the characters you create, the character art you upload, and your messages. Swoony is an adult (18+) service, and its content is “closed-door”: romantic and suggestive, never sexually explicit.

Strictly prohibited - zero tolerance

Anything that sexualizes minors, depicts or implies a minor in a sexual context, or constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes characters described or depicted as minors. Violations are removed, the account is terminated, and reports are made as required by law, including to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Content that depicts real, identifiable people or public figures, or that constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or deepfakes of real people. You must not upload or create such content.

Anything illegal, or content that facilitates crime, terrorism, trafficking, or serious harm.

Not allowed

Explicit or pornographic sexual content. Swoony is closed-door; sexual activity fades to black and is never depicted explicitly.

Harassment, threats, hate, or content that promotes violence, gore, or self-harm/suicide.

Attempts to bypass or disable safety systems, “jailbreak” the AI into prohibited content, or misuse the service.

Scraping, reverse-engineering, overloading, or reselling the service, and uploading malware or spam.

Creating characters

Characters must be adults. Do not create characters based on real, identifiable people. You upload your own character art and are responsible for ensuring it (and the character) complies with this policy and that you have the rights to it. Uploaded images and characters may be reviewed and removed, and violations may lead to account enforcement.

How we enforce

Uploaded images are sanitized on upload (validated, re-encoded, and stripped of metadata), and we review content reactively in response to reports. We may remove characters or content, limit features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations are reported to the appropriate authorities.

You can report a character or content from within the app, or contact us at harris@vlippers.com. Reports are reviewed, and we act on valid ones.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
